Mr. Habicht serves as Head of Underwriting for White Oak Global Advisors and has been with the firm since 2015. He has 20 years of broad, industry-agnostic private credit experience covering both cash flow and specialty/asset-based lending to middle-market borrowers. He previously served Origami Capital Partners, where he was responsible for structuring and executing special situation investment opportunities in both debt and equity. Prior to his role at Origami Capital Partners, Mr. Habicht was a founding member of Neuberger Berman Group’s Distressed Debt platform, where he led value-oriented and event-driven investment opportunities across capital structures of stressed and distressed issuers. Additionally, Mr. Habicht worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking division of Piper Jaffray & Co. Mr. Habicht received a B.B.A. with distinction in Finance, Investments and Banking from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
